Rise Up Arizona Recovery and Counseling Services
Our Services
We offer a full range of DUI and DV services accepted by Arizona courts. Whether you're just starting the process or need to complete a specific requirement, we're here to guide you every step of the way.
DUI Screening
A DUI screening is typically the first requirement ordered by the court after a DUI charge. Our licensed counselors conduct a thorough assessment to evaluate your relationship with alcohol and substances, identify any underlying concerns, and determine the appropriate level of care.
What to expect
During your screening appointment, you'll meet one-on-one with a licensed counselor. The session typically takes 60–90 minutes and involves a structured interview and standardized assessment tools. You'll receive a written report that can be submitted directly to the court or your attorney.
The DUI Screening Process
- 1Schedule your appointment by phone or online
- 2Complete intake paperwork prior to your session
- 3Meet with a licensed counselor for your assessment
- 4Receive your completed screening report
- 5Submit report to the court or your attorney
DUI Education
Our DUI education classes fulfill Arizona's court-mandated education requirements following a DUI conviction. Classes are designed to be informative and practical — not punitive. We focus on helping you understand the effects of alcohol and substances, and how to make safer choices going forward.
What to expect
Classes are offered in group format via telehealth and cover topics including the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving, Arizona DUI laws, and strategies for avoiding future incidents. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. The full program is 16 hours.

DUI Treatment
DUI treatment goes beyond education to address the underlying patterns that may contribute to substance use. Our treatment programs are individualized — we work with you to develop a plan that fits your life, your schedule, and your goals. Treatment may be required by the court or recommended following your screening.
What to expect
Treatment is provided in group format via telehealth. Sessions are 2 hours each at $35 per session. Your counselor will work with you to set goals, track progress, and adjust your plan as needed. We take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach — our goal is to support your success.
The DUI Treatment Process

- 2Meet with your assigned counselor to develop a treatment plan

DV Classes
Our domestic violence intervention classes meet Arizona court requirements for individuals ordered to complete DV programming. Classes focus on accountability, understanding the impact of domestic violence, and developing the skills needed to build healthier relationships.
What to expect
DV classes are offered in a group format via telehealth with a licensed facilitator at $35 per session (2-hour sessions). Sessions are structured and confidential. 1st offense requires 26 sessions, 2nd offense 36 sessions, and 3rd or subsequent offense 52 sessions.
